User Agreement

This is your agreement with Now VPN regarding Virtual Private Network (VPN) communication services and related services and features. This service is not intended for any criminal activity but is designed to provide anonymity and privacy for users. You agree not to violate the laws of any jurisdiction you are in or connected to.

Please carefully read all Now VPN terms and conditions. By clicking to install the Now VPN application, you agree to all the terms and conditions of this service. If you do not agree, please cancel the installation and destroy, return, or delete all copies of the Now VPN application you possess.

You agree not to use this service for the following:

l Sending spam;

l Performing port scans, open proxy scans, or relay scans;

l Sending opt-in mail, unsolicited emails, or any form of mass mailing (regardless of whether the mail is ultimately sent through another server);

l Pop-ups or advertisements;

l Attacking other computers or networks in any way.

Service coverage, speed, location, and quality may vary. We will endeavor to ensure continued service availability, except for necessary maintenance and repairs. However, due to various uncontrollable factors, including unforeseen events, third-party service failures, transmission, equipment or network problems, interference, signal strength, etc., the service may be unavailable, interrupted, limited, or experience performance degradation. We are not responsible for any loss, delay, non-delivery, or mistransmission of data, information, or pages caused by service or communication network (such as T-1 lines or the Internet) interruptions or failures. To protect users and the service itself, we reserve the right to impose usage restrictions, suspend services, or block certain types of use at our discretion. Network speed is an estimate and does not represent your actual data transmission speed. Actual speed may vary due to factors such as device configuration, compression, and network congestion. The accuracy and timeliness of received data are not guaranteed and may be delayed or missed.

Any hacking attacks, cracking, virus propagation, fraud, network sabotage, phishing, or other illegal or improper activities may result in service suspension or termination. Users are responsible for ensuring the secure configuration of their service and bear full responsibility for damages caused by negligence or vulnerabilities (whether intentional or unintentional).

We do not impose hard limits on users' bandwidth or data usage, but usage must adhere to the principle of fairness. The following behaviors are considered unfair use:

* Creating automated or manual VPN sessions using bots;

Excessively overloading the network and affecting other users;

Consistently using traffic far exceeding the average user's bandwidth.

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate the service for users who unfairly use it.
