Subscription Agreement

1. Acceptance and Modification of Terms of Service

This Agreement is entered into between Now VPN Members (hereinafter referred to as “Members”) and Now VPN (hereinafter referred to as “we”) regarding Members’ use of Now VPN’s automatic renewal service (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”), clarifying the respective rights and obligations of both parties in the use of the Service.

“Member” refers to an individual or single entity that uses and enjoys Now VPN Membership services. Acceptance of this Agreement is a prerequisite for Members’ use of the Service. If a Member does not agree to the contents of this Agreement, they are not entitled to use the Service. By choosing to use the Service, a Member agrees to all the terms of this Agreement.

2. Service Description

2.1 This Service aims to meet Members’ automatic renewal needs. Provided that the Member has activated the Service, the Member irrevocably authorizes Now VPN to automatically deduct the fee for the next billing cycle from the Member’s recharge account, linked third-party payment account, bank card, or communication account (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Account”) before the Member’s Service expires. Billing cycles include, but are not limited to, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles; Members can select the corresponding cycle according to the platform display. This is provided that the Member has completed account binding and ensures that the account can be deducted normally.

2.2 Automatic renewal means that Now VPN will deduct the fee for the next billing cycle from the member's account balance, as stipulated in Article 2.1. Members should ensure sufficient balance in their accounts to ensure successful renewal. Members are solely responsible for any renewal failures due to insufficient balance or other reasons.

2.3 By using this service, members agree to the terms of this agreement and any relevant announcements issued by Now VPN regarding this service.

2.4 The member services provided by Now VPN are limited to use on this platform. Any act of separating the service from the platform through malicious cracking or other illegal means is outside the scope of this agreement, and the legal consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the perpetrator. Now VPN reserves the right to pursue legal action.

3. Rights and Obligations of Both Parties

3.1 Now VPN provides members with automatic renewal inquiry functions but is not responsible for printing and sending invoices.

3.2 Now VPN will automatically deduct the fee for the next billing cycle at the agreed time. This fee will be recorded in the member's payment record, and the membership service period will be extended accordingly.

3.3 In the event of an error during the deduction process, Now VPN and the member shall jointly investigate the cause and each bear the loss caused by their own fault. If both parties are at fault, they shall share the responsibility proportionally; if the responsibility is difficult to distinguish, both parties shall bear the responsibility jointly.

3.4 Now VPN has the right to adjust the content, rules, and terms of this service due to business development or technical upgrades, and will explain this through announcements on relevant pages without further notice. If a member does not agree to the changes, they may cancel the service and stop using it; continued use will be deemed as acceptance of the modified agreement.

3.5 Before or after automatic renewal, if Now VPN adjusts the service price, the valid price published at that time shall prevail.

3.6 Now VPN does not charge any additional fees for activating automatic renewal. However, we have the right to decide whether to charge service fees or adjust the renewal cycle and standards based on business or market conditions, and will publicize this to members on relevant pages.

4. Agreement Validity and Termination

4.1 This agreement shall take effect from the date the member accepts or uses this service and shall terminate when the member terminates the service or cancels their membership.

4.2 Members may close this service at any time in their account settings. Upon closure, Now VPN will no longer provide automatic renewal.

4.3 Once a member has authorized a deduction before closing the service, the related fees will not be refunded.

5. Liability for Breach of Contract If either party breaches this agreement, the non-breaching party shall have the right to demand corresponding compensation from the breaching party in accordance with the dispute resolution method agreed upon by both parties.
